In this role you will play a vital part in supporting their future strategy. They are looking for someone who is passionate about continuous professional development and has an innovative approach to incorporating new technologies into their operations. The successful candidate will become an integral part of the forward-thinking IT team, undertaking certified and on premise training covering numerous systems and software. You will work full time with the Technical Support Team with your priorities being: - Support customer with day-to-day IT issues. - Implementing 1st time fixes. - Dealing with support requests. - Taking inbound calls. - Making outbound calls.
