Position Summary: The Senior Pricing Analyst will serve as a key leader within Finance, responsible for driving enterprise-wide pricing strategy, governance, and profitability analysis. This role will lead and coordinate pricing initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment between Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain. The position will also own and continuously improve customer and product profitability models, providing actionable insights that support margin expansion, informed decision-making, and long-term strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: Pricing Leadership & Strategy - Lead and coordinate pricing initiatives across the organization, establishing a consistent pricing governance framework. - Develop, implement, and refine pricing strategies for products and customers, aligned to company financial objectives and market dynamics. Modeling & Data Management - Lead the development, enhancement, and standardization of profitability models (SKU, customer, and channel level). - Revise and improve existing models, including assumptions, allocations, and methodologies to ensure accuracy and usability. - Manage and integrate large datasets from multiple sources (e.g., D365, BI tools) to support robust analytics. - Partner with IT and Finance teams to enhance data structure, automation, and reporting systems. - Coordinate with FP&A and Sales to update pricing assumptions for the AOP and forecasts. Process Improvement & Governance - Establish and maintain pricing governance cadence, including approvals, review cycles, and escalation processes. - Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual work and improve efficiency (e.g., automation, BI reporting). - Develop SOPs and documentation for pricing and profitability processes. - Ensure consistency in methodologies across divisions and business units. What You'll Do As a Credit Analyst, you would prepare financial statement spreads on a timely basis, for businesses and individuals, including cash flow analysis, line usage charts and financial projections as assigned by the Credit Manager to support the Commercial Lending Department. Responsibilities include: o Prepare detailed written credit analyses on all commercial loans required in accordance with the Bank's commercial loan policy. These write ups provide support for existing and new loan relationships and many times are presented to the Directors' Loan Review Committee for approval. In these analyses, the analyst is expected to propose appropriate credit risk ratings for loans and identify loan policy exceptions. o Conduct comprehensive reviews of appraisals that secure commercial real estate transactions of the Bank. These reviews are used to ensure the appraiser used sound methodology. o Perform evaluations for existing CRE Loans. o Assist the Credit Manager as necessary in tracking financial statement information, obtaining external credit reports and industry data to support the Bank's loan portfolio analysis. o Complete the underwriting process for retail loan requests. This includes review of title documentation in addition to financial analysis and appraisal review. o Participate in the Bank's development and training programs to further skills and/or promote bank services. o Interact with the loan department, borrowers and all third-party representatives (i.e. appraisers and accountants) in a professional manner. o Perform property evaluations for existing CRE loans. o Assist the Credit Manager as necessary in tracking financial statement information, obtaining external credit reports and industry data to support the Bank's loan portfolio analysis. o Participate in the Bank's development and training programs to further skills and/or promote bank services. o Interact with the loan department, borrowers, appraisers, and accountants as needed in a professional manner.
