The Business: I am delighted to be working with a fast-growing, private equity-backed business at a pivotal point in its journey.Are you a CRM marketer who loves creating personalised customer journeys, using data to drive decisions, and seeing the impact of your campaigns?This organisation is embarking on a major CRM and customer engagement transformation, creating a brand-new CRM function to support the next stage of their growth.This is a fantastic opportunity to join at the beginning of the journey, helping to shape lifecycle marketing, customer engagement and CRM best practice within a business that is investing heavily in new technology, data platforms and marketing capability. The Role: You'll play a key role in delivering CRM and lifecycle marketing activity across the customer journey, from acquisition and onboarding through to engagement, retention and reactivation.Key responsibilities include:- Building and executing multi-channel CRM campaigns.- Developing personalised customer journeys and automated communications.- Creating audience segments and targeting strategies.- Working closely with data teams to improve customer insight and campaign performance.- Using analytics, testing and optimisation to improve engagement and retention.- Supporting the implementation and evolution of CRM and marketing automation platforms. The Person: You'll ideally have:Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer engagement.Strong email marketing and marketing automation experience.Experience using CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Adobe, Pipedrive or similar.A data-driven mindset with experience in segmentation and campaign optimisation.Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.This is a really exciting time to join a growing business with future progression opportunities.
