My client is a fast-growing, multi-office financial services organisation providing accounting, tax, funding, and debt advisory solutions to businesses across the UK and internationally. With offices around the UK and in Dubai, they support ambitious companies with the financial expertise they need to scale.

They are now seeking a Debt Advisor / Commercial Finance Broker to join their expanding Debt Advisory division. This is a high-impact, client-facing role suited to a driven sales professional with strong financial acumen and the ability to structure funding solutions for business owners.

The Role

As a Commercial Finance Broker, you will:

Work with business owners to understand their funding needs, challenges and growth plans.

Source, structure and negotiate commercial finance solutions from an extensive panel of lenders.

Manage the full advisory process from initial enquiry through to completion.

Build long-term relationships with clients, introducers and lenders.

Deliver outstanding service and ensure clients receive the best possible deal.

Contribute to the growth of a high-performing advisory team within a respected financial group.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Ideally experienced in commercial finance, debt advisory, business lending, or a related B2B financial sales role.

Confident working with business owners and senior decision-makers.

Skilled at structuring deals, presenting funding options and managing negotiations.

Highly motivated, ambitious and target-driven.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Professional, credible and committed to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
