Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Truro, Cornwall Salary: 25,000 base + uncapped commission OTE: 30-35,000+ in first year

What You'll Be Doing

• Full 360 recruitment, from business development to candidate management on a permanent or contract basis

• Growing your niche market within engineering, or technology

• Building trusted partnerships with clients and candidates

• Working towards clear targets
