Bridge Recruitment are extremely proud to be working a long term client who are seeking to recruit a Vendor Manager to join their expending IS Department. As Vendor Manager you will be providing the strategic bridge between the IS dapertment the their partners who whlep to deliver their digital experience.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• You will be the go-to person for managing third party Supplier reationships

• Your main goal would be to ensure thier contracts and vendor arrangements are working effectively at all times.

• Working with external legal support to esnure all contracts fauirly reflect the needs of the client.

KEY TASKS/ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Building and running processes for the managment of technical vendors

• Keeping an eye on supplier performance and providing reports with clear insights

• Sorting out any vendor issues such as PO's, Delivery delays or SLA slips

• Providing support to the IS Team to improve at managing vendors themselves through training and best practices

• Reviewing contracts and ensuring best value at all times ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• A solid background in tech-focused Vendor Management

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word to handle data and reporting requirements

• Have the ability to break down complex problems and present solutions simply and effectively

• Be comfortable working with senior leader and different teams across the business PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
