Telesales Advisor / Recruitment Consultant. A Weston super Mare based recruitment agency is looking for a Telesales Advisor / Recruitment Consultant to work five days a week, 9:00-17:00 making outbound business to business sales calls to generate new business.

The Telesales Advisor / Recruitment Consultant will be tasked with business development, contacting businesses, establishing if they use recruitment agencies and bringing on new accounts. Initially this will be a full time telesales position, progressing to a mixed telesales and recruitment consultant type position.

The Telesales Advisor / Recruitment Consultant will need B2B telesales experience and recruitment consultancy experience. The Telesales Advisor / Recruitment Consultant will use a business development tool and Bullhorn.

The Telesales Advisor / Recruitment Consultant will need to be degree educated.

The Telesales Advisor / Recruitment Consultant will need excellent communication skills.

The Telesales Advisor / Recruitment Consultant role will be on a temporary to permanent basis. Paid hourly at 14-18ph, depending on experience plus commission.
