Stephen James Consulting is partnering with an established elderly care provider to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Analyst.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the technology that supports care teams across a network of care homes. You ll play a key role in implementing, improving and maintaining business-critical systems ensuring they are reliable, efficient and capable of supporting safe, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

System Analysis & Optimisation

• Evaluate current care, HR, and administrative systems across all care homes.

• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or risks in digital workflows.

• Gather and document system and user requirements.

Project Implementation

• Support or lead the roll-out of new systems such as:

• Electronic Care Records

• Medication management systems

• Staff rostering and HR systems

• Financial and compliance platforms

• Coordinate data migration, system testing, and go-live planning.

To be considered for this role of Systems Analyst, you will need:

• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role

• Strong understanding of system life-cycle management and data flows

• Experience working with healthcare or care management systems

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Why apply?

The role offers a salary of £45,000 £50,000 per annum
