Solution Data Architect - Data Insights & Personalisation

S2R are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support a major data, insights and personalisation programme. The role will focus on defining the architecture across customer data, analytics, segmentation and personalisation capabilities, ensuring alignment with the wider Data & Analytics Platform Strategy. You will operate within a complex multi-supplier environment, so strong senior stakeholder engagement, supplier management and the ability to shape cross-platform architectural decisions will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the end-to-end solution architecture across data, analytics and personalisation capabilities.

• Design architectures supporting customer data, segmentation, insights and personalised experiences.

• Translate business requirements into scalable data and technology solutions.

• Define information flows, integration patterns, platform interactions and system dependencies.

• Align programme-level solution designs with the wider Data & Analytics Platform Strategy.

• Support architectural decisions covering data access, sharing, retention and lifecycle management.

• Produce solution architecture artefacts, options assessments, design decisions and technical roadmaps.

• Coordinate suppliers, delivery teams and senior stakeholders to maintain architectural alignment.
