Join our client's dynamic Investor Anti-Money Laundering team within the UK Transfer Agency (UKTA) business! This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vital area of financial services while making a significant impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Senior AML Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our AML processes and controls. Your responsibilities will include:

AML Oversight: Manage the AML process for new and existing investors, including KYC checks, transaction monitoring, and screening.

Framework Development: Assist in developing and implementing UKTA's anti-financial crime framework as part of a transformation programme.

Subject Matter Expert: Act as a SME within the AML team, providing advisory services to offshore locations.

Project Leadership: Lead and execute large client projects and change initiatives related to financial crime.

Case Management: Investigate complex AML and Fraud cases, employing sound decision-making for effective resolution.
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience within Transfer Agency or Asset Servicing is highly desirable

Strong experience in AML Compliance or Operations at a senior level.

Proven subject matter expertise in Anti-Financial Crime.

Professional qualifications (e.g., ICA/CAMS/IOC) are a plus!

A deep understanding of UK Money Laundering Regulations.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Competence in managing large-scale projects within the AML/financial crime space.
