This Sales Advisor to Mortgage Advisor Full Training Provided opportunity is designed for ambitious sales professionals looking to build a long-term career in financial services. You'll receive structured training, a starting salary of 27,000 rising to 35,000 upon successful completion of training with an OTE of 50,000 .

    Whether you've worked in telesales, contact centres, estate agency, banking or another target-driven sales environment, your ability to build relationships and deliver great customer outcomes is what matters most. You'll join a supportive team where your development is invested in from day one.

    Package & Benefits

    • Starting salary of 27,000 per annum, increasing to 35,000 after successful completion of training.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Speak with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.

    • Manage enquiries from initial contact through to application with the support of a structured training programme.

    • Deliver an outstanding customer experience while ensuring all advice meets regulatory and compliance standards.

    • Build long-term customer relationships while achieving individual performance targets.

    About You

    • At least 12 months' experience in telesales, outbound sales, contact centre sales, banking, estate agency, insurance or another target-driven sales role.

    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

    • Able to work from the Manchester office at least three days per week.
