This Sales Advisor to Mortgage Advisor Full Training Provided opportunity is designed for ambitious sales professionals looking to build a long-term career in financial services. You'll receive structured training, a starting salary of 27,000 rising to 35,000 upon successful completion of training with an OTE of 50,000 .
Whether you've worked in telesales, contact centres, estate agency, banking or another target-driven sales environment, your ability to build relationships and deliver great customer outcomes is what matters most. You'll join a supportive team where your development is invested in from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Speak with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.

Manage enquiries from initial contact through to application with the support of a structured training programme.

Deliver an outstanding customer experience while ensuring all advice meets regulatory and compliance standards.

Build long-term customer relationships while achieving individual performance targets.
About You
-
At least 12 months' experience in telesales, outbound sales, contact centre sales, banking, estate agency, insurance or another target-driven sales role.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Able to work from the Manchester office at least three days per week.
