    Become a part of our caring community As a Home Health Sales Executive , you will: Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care services; building and maintaining referral source relationships. Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts following the market sales plan. Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on important customer opportunities. You will report to a Market Executive of Sales. Use your skills to make an impact Required/Preferred Experience/Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (i.e nursing) or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required. Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or previous experience as a clinical liaison highly preferred. Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM preferred Microsoft Office proficiency required. Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required. This role is considered patient facing and is part of Human's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $58,700 - $78,500 per year This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance. RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth and special objectives within assigned territory. - Seek and qualify prospects following company account stratification goals. - Research customer business needs and develops a mix of products and service to meet needs. - Evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers, based on business needs and goals. - Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales; share information with customers as part of value-added services provided. - Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product use. - Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel. - Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts, conventions, company meetings, etc. - Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary, working with the credit department and client; collect all balances due based on approved credit terms. - Manage deliveries to the routing schedule published by the transportation department; troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order process (for example, out of stock items, special order items, low inventory, etc.). - Participate in company functions, promotions, customer visits, and customer events. - Attend and participate in general sales and district meetings. - Engage in ongoing training sessions. - Assist with the training of new employees as requested. - Review and analyze daily and weekly reports such as special-order requests, customer bid files, and sales/gross profit margin data. - Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, maintaining sales records, processing credits, and pick-up requests, preparing sales quotes and menu suggestions, and filing reports. - Other duties may be assigned.
