Requirements - A natural but influential telephone manner and strong mindset. - Excellent communication skills, an early engager with key contacts. - Excellent knowledge of CRM methods and systems. - Experience in dealing with all levels of target organisation management and selling to key decision makers. - This person will have significant drive and will balance this with collaboration with customers and colleagues. - An energetic and driven person. - Good organisational skills to ensure diarised follow up of leads and enquiries. - Ability to work effectively within a team. - A good telephone manner to engage customers into dialogue.
