Recruitment Consultant Location: Laindon, Essex

Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + Uncapped Commission

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Laindon. Whether your background is in B2B sales, B2C sales, telesales, retail sales, estate agency, field sales or account management , if you have at least 1 year's sales experience and the drive to succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

• Monday to Friday - No weekends The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for building relationships with businesses and candidates, managing the recruitment process from start to finish and developing your own client base.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Winning new business through outbound sales activity

• Building long-term relationships with clients

• Interviewing and qualifying candidates

• Advertising vacancies and sourcing talent

• Managing the recruitment process through to placement

• Negotiating offers and closing deals What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year's sales experience (B2B or B2C)

• Excellent communication skills

• Confident, motivated and target-driven

• Strong relationship-building skills

• Resilient with a positive attitude
