Responsibilities - Own end-to-end delivery governance for a large-scale, multi-site software implementation, from mobilisation through pilot, wave rollout, hypercare and transition to steady-state support. - Lead a stage-gated delivery lifecycle. - Chair and report into project governance forums, including a joint project board, managing escalation routes from workstream leads. - Own weekly status reporting covering milestones, risks, issues, budget and decisions, and maintain the master delivery plan and critical path. - Maintain a RAID log with clear ownership, mitigations and target dates, escalating appropriately. - Coordinate a blended delivery team spanning technical, data migration, integration, testing, training and support functions located both locally in the UK and in Australia. - Build and sustain strong senior stakeholder relationships on the customer side, and coordinate with third-party and managed service partners where relevant. - Oversee data migration planning and onboarding across a substantial number of operational sites. - Track commercial milestones against the agreed delivery and payment schedule. - Run structured lessons-learned sessions and oversee knowledge transfer at each stage of delivery.
