The Role:

• End-to-end payroll processing for high employee volumes

• Managing payroll for permanent staff, contractors, and casual workers (including variable hours and shift patterns)

• Accurate calculation of overtime, allowances, leave, and statutory payments

• Ensuring full compliance with current payroll legislation

• Payroll reconciliations, reporting, and resolving complex queries

• Collaborating closely with HR and Finance teams

• Proven experience processing high-volume payroll

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Confident managing deadlines and multiple pay cycles

• Strong knowledge of statutory payments
