Paraplanner Buckinghamshire Up to £65,000 + Benefits and annual bonus

We are working with a highly regarded, chartered financial planning firm seeking an experienced Technical Paraplanner to join their team. The practice specialises in working with High-Net-Worth clients, offering a sophisticated and comprehensive financial planning service.

The Role

• This is a technically demanding position in which you will work closely with 1 or 2 Advisers to deliver high-quality, fully researched client solutions across a broad range of complex cases.

• You will conduct extensive research and produce technical assessments, suitability letters and full financial plans, including cashflow modelling, contingency planning, legacy and succession planning, and tax planning.

• You will attend client meetings where appropriate, conduct in-depth meeting preparation, and produce follow-up reports and analysis, ensuring complex information is translated into clear and accessible client correspondence.

• You will manage ongoing portfolio reviews, liaise with providers, maintain accurate client records, and obtain product quotes, illustrations and supporting literature, whilst ensuring all work meets compliance and high ethical standards.

About You

• Level 4 CII Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) is essential for this role.

• You will be a technically strong Paraplanner with experience working on complex cases for sophisticated, well-informed clients who may challenge advice.

• You will take an analytical and methodical approach to client recommendations, with excellent attention to detail, strong data skills and the ability to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.

• Above all, you will bring professionalism, initiative and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for clients and contributing positively to the wider team.
