    Job Description

    Marketing Campaign Manager We are partnering with a global business services business to appoint a Marketing Campaign Manager who will play a pivotal role in delivering high-performing marketing campaigns, nurturing prospects through the buyer journey, and supporting business growth through data-driven marketing activity.

    Reporting to the Head of Marketing Acquisition, you will take ownership of outbound and nurture marketing campaigns, leveraging HubSpot to engage target audiences, generate qualified leads, and support sales conversion activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, build, and execute targeted outbound and nurture campaigns across multiple channels.

    • Develop and optimise automated marketing workflows within HubSpot.

    • Manage lead segmentation, scoring, nurturing programmes, and reporting.

    • Support sales teams with effective enablement tools, content, and campaign assets.

    • Monitor campaign performance, analysing engagement, lead generation, and conversion metrics.

    • Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

    • Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to ensure alignment between marketing activity and business objectives.

    • Maintain and enhance marketing systems, processes, and automation capabilities.

    • Contribute to the planning and delivery of strategic demand generation initiatives.

    We're looking for a commercially minded marketer who can combine technical expertise with creativity and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

    • Experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, or sales enablement.

    • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.

    • Experience building and executing successful lead generation and nurture campaigns.

    • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lead nurturing strategies.

    • A data-driven approach with the ability to interpret campaign insights and turn them into meaningful action.

    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

    • Strong project management abilities and experience managing multiple priorities.

    • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a continuous improvement mindset.

    • Professional marketing qualifications would be advantageous.

    This is a hybrid role with the requirement to be in the office 2/3 days a week
