Location: Cobham, Surrey Contract: Temporary (6-12 Weeks) Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Marketing Executive to join our client based in Cobham on a temporary basis for approximately 6-12 weeks. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.

The successful candidate will support the marketing team with campaign delivery, content creation, social media management, and marketing administration, helping to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

• Create engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, websites, and promotional materials.

• Schedule and monitor social media activity.

• Support the creation and distribution of marketing communications.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Assist with website updates and content management.

• Track and report on campaign performance and marketing metrics.

• Coordinate marketing materials and liaise with external suppliers where required.

• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.

• Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines.

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience within a marketing, communications, or administrative role is desirable.

• Marketing qualification, degree, or relevant studies would be advantageous.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience using Canva, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools is beneficial.

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
