Location: Clay Cross Salary: £32,000 £50,000 DOE + £8,000 £12,000 Annual Bonus Hours:

• Monday Thursday: 8:30am 4:30pm or 9:00am 5:00pm

• Friday: 9:00am 1:00pm

Contract: Full-time, Office-Based (No Remote Working)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inbound sales enquiries professionally and accurately.

• Conduct confident outbound follow-up calls to warm leads and existing customers.

• Prepare quotations, process customer orders, and maintain accurate CRM records.

• Produce customer quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure the smooth progression of customer orders.

• Provide administrative and commercial support to the external sales team.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while delivering excellent service.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in an internal sales, customer service, or commercial sales role.

• Confident and professional telephone manner.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach.

• Experience within an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical product environment would be advantageous.
