Urgent Interim Management Accountant Opportunity Bristol Immediate Start Charles Maidment from the Hays Bristol senior finance team is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Bristol-based organisation for an experienced Interim Management Accountant, to provide essential support during a busy year-end period. This opportunity has arisen due to an unexpected absence within the finance team and requires someone who can hit the ground running from day one.

The Role: Support the year-end process, including audit queries and evidence gathering Assist with the production of monthly management accounts Work closely with a small, collaborative finance team Contribute across a UK business with an international subsidiary operationWhat's on Offer: 3-6-month initial contract Competitive day rate (PAYE/Umbrella & experience dependent) Flexible hybrid working (c.1 day per week in the Bristol office) Immediate start available

About You: Experienced Management Accountant with strong month-end and year-end experience Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to quickly understand processes and add value from the outset Available at short notice
