Following a period of change and continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Manager to support the finance function and provide high-quality commercial insight to senior stakeholders. An organisation operating within the transport and distribution industry, based in Reading.

Description

• Prepare detailed financial forecasts and budgets to support business strategy.

• Analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.

• Monitor and report on financial performance against targets.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.

• Develop and maintain financial models to assess business scenarios.

• Provide clear and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

Profile

A successful Interim FP&A Manager should have:

• Strong financial planning and analysis skills.

• Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.

• Experience in the transport and distribution industry is advantageous.

• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.

• A solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations.

Job Offer

• Daily rate between £360 and £440, dependent on the level of experience.

• Temporary position offering flexibility in Thatcham.
