Healthcare Operational Consultant - Discharge Dashboard Inside IR35: 360 - 400 p/d Hybrid: 3 days a week onsite in Derbyshire ASAP Start - 3 Month initial contracts with rolling extensions Overview A consulting firm is seeking an experienced consultant to support an operational improvement / transformation programme in a healthcare environment. This is an initial contract opportunity suited to someone with strong operational consulting, implementation, and stakeholder management experience. The Role You will join a transformation project focused on improving operational delivery in a complex setting. The role will involve analysis, workflow ownership, stakeholder engagement, and implementation support. Key Responsibilities - Support delivery of a improvement / transformation programme - Engage stakeholders to gather information, align priorities, and maintain momentum - Own and improve workflows as part of programme delivery - Conduct analysis to identify issues, opportunities, and practical actions - Support implementation of agreed improvements - Communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders - Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment Ideal Profile - 3-4+ years' experience in operational consultancy - Experience in discharge dashboards / discharge improvement - Experience delivering transformation work in healthcare or broader public sector settings - Healthcare transformation experience - Experience in implementation-led consulting engagements - Strong implementation experience - Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders - Clear, structured communicator - Strong analytical capability - High attention to detail and professional credibility
