    Luxury Jewelry Sales Consultant (Full-time) D.J. Bitzan Jewelers Inc is hiring a full-time Luxury Sales Professional who can create an amazing experience that results in sales-because we're not looking for someone to just "show jewelry." We're looking for someone who can listen, connect, guide, and make sales. Who This Role Is For: You're the kind of person who: - Can make a customer feel instantly comfortable and still confidently help them move toward a decision. - Likes setting and achieving sales goals. - Notices what needs doing and does it-without waiting to be asked. - Can handle busy Saturdays with steady energy and standards. - Is reliable and takes pride in a job well done. Compensation: $18 - $24 per hour + monthly sales bonus based on individual sales and store performance. Compensation: $18 - $24 per hour plus bonus Responsibilities: What You'll Do: - Greet customers quickly and warmly, then build genuine rapport. - Ask great questions, listen well, and guide customers to the right jewelry solution. - Recommend products and services naturally. - Consistently sell to meet or exceed individual and store goals. - Support engagement ring and bridal consultations, custom design conversations, and special orders. - Take in jewelry repairs and service requests with accuracy and urgency. - Create and update customer profiles, document sales, and manage follow-ups. Qualifications: What "Great" Looks Like Here: - You close sales. - You take ownership in ensuring customer is served well. - You gather customer contact info and follow up on all transactions. - You build repeat customers because people genuinely like you and trust you. - You sell with honesty and integrity. What We're Looking For: - An individual looking for a career (not just a job) who is willing to invest time & energy into professional development. - Strong communication skills (in person, phone, email, text). - Self-motivated, dependable, high-energy, and coachable. - Comfortable with sales goals and performance expectations. - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. - Basic math skills - Retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred-but not required if you're hungry to learn and you're good with people. - Team-oriented: able to give and accept support. Qualifications: - Comfortable selling in the luxury market - At least 2 years of consultative, customer-facing sales experience, selling products with clear features and benefits. - Jewelry sales experience is not mandatory, but preferred - Available to work favorable retail hours - Regular hours that we are open to serve customers are Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM. Sales staff have a scheduled weekday off. Extended hours during events and in December.
