Are you an HR professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex transformation work? This role the opportunity to contribute directly to the implementation phase of the IT & Data transformation. The focus is on turning the agreed organization design into reality: refiningdetails, supporting selection waves, preparing Workday implementation and helping employees and leaders navigate the change. Role & Accountabilities: In this role, you will support the implementation of the IT & Data target organization. You will work closely with the transformation team, business stakeholders, HR colleagues and managers to ensure the next steps are executed in a structured, timely and consistent way. Your main responsibility is to help move the transformation from design to implementation by creating structure, tracking progress, identifying dependencies and ensuring that the people-related implementation activities are prepared and executed with the right level of quality and consistency. - Coordinate input and preparation for selection waves 2 and 3, including jobdescriptions, interview panels and selection frameworks. - Support accurate mapping of employees into the future organization and help resolve follow-up questions or dependencies. - Prepare and coordinate the correct implementation of the new organization structure in Workday. - Support communication and change activities by creating clarity on process timelines, roles and next steps. - Contribute to employee journey activities, including individual employee cases offboarding where relevant. - Act as a connecting point between the transformation team, HR, managers and employees to ensure alignment and timely follow-through. You will coordinate deliverables and help stakeholders understand what is needed, when input is required and how decisions or process steps impact employees. Where needed, you will use your HR expertise to challenge, advise and connect with a diverse range ofstakeholders. Requirements: - 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the HR line role and gained experience within transformations programs is a must - Experience within a related industy (High-tech) as ASML is a must - Experience within a complex and big corporate company is a must - Location: Veldhoven (hybrid - 3-4 days in the office) - Strong coordination skills and the ability to bring structure, rhythm and follow through to multiple parallel activities. - A pragmatic HR professional who can work hands-on while keeping an overview of process quality and stakeholder alignment. - Strong communication skills and the ability to create clarity in a sensitive and fast moving environment. - Confidence to connect, advise and challenge stakeholders across business and HR where needed. - Experience with HR implementation work in a transformation, reorganization or complex change environment is a plus - Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast paced changing environment What you will gain: - Hands-on experience in the implementation phase of a large-scale transformation. - Exposure to organization design, staffing and selection, Workday implementation and employee transition topics. - Experience working at the intersection of transformation, business leadership and HR. - The opportunity to strengthen your skills in stakeholder management, change coordination and structured execution. - A visible assignment with tangible impact on the future IT & Data organization.
