Car Sales Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Used Car Sales Executive in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Car Sales Executive to join a leading luxury vehicle dealer group.

• Working hours: 8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am-5:00pm Duties as a Car Sales Executive:

• Sell used cars and associated add-ons, accessories, finance, insurance products, and warranties

• Achieve and exceed sales targets

• Keep customers informed on delivery progress and advise on any delays

• Resolve customer queries promptly and efficiently

• Collect payments and ensure smooth vehicle handovers

• Explain warranty, service arrangements, and introduce customers to the Service Department

• Demonstrate vehicle features and provide ongoing customer support

• Maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Requirements:

• Proven and steady car sales experience, ideally within the premium or luxury vehicle sector

• Strong desire to achieve results and exceed targets

• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service

• Good IT literacy and familiar with modern sales techniques and technology

• Ability to build and maintain durable customer relationships

• A UK driving licence with minimal points
