The Opportunity

They are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across the Yorkshire region and beyond. This is a high-activity, new business focused role where success comes from generating your own pipeline, building relationships, and closing opportunities.

What They're Looking For Proven track record in B2B sales or business development Strong new business / self-generated sales experience Hungry, resilient, and target-driven mindset Comfortable speaking with senior decision makers Experience in apprenticeships, training, recruitment, or consultative sales preferred Keen to join a growing business with progression opportunities
