AI & Agentic Transformation Lead

6 Month Contract Outside IR35 London (2x per month) Competitive Rate

We're supporting a business investing heavily in AI and looking for an AI & Agentic Transformation Lead to drive adoption across the organisation.

Working with Technology, Transformation, Projects and senior stakeholders, you'll identify, shape and deliver AI-enabled initiatives that improve productivity, customer outcomes and commercial performance.

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI and emerging AI technologies

• Experience delivering AI products, workflows or transformation programmes

• Ability to build business cases and demonstrate measurable business value

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Sound judgement on when to use AI, automation, process redesign or existing platform capabilities Details:

• Initial 6-month contract

• Outside IR35
