Account Manager Location: Bristol (Office Based) Salary: £31,500 - £33,000 Contract: 10-Month Fixed-Term Contract Hours: 40 hours per week
About the Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Account Manager to join a fast-paced business supporting restaurant partners across the South West and South Wales .

You will manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized restaurant partners, acting as a trusted advisor and helping them maximise the value of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant partners.

Manage a portfolio of accounts, using performance data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.

Provide consultative support and recommendations to improve partner performance.

Resolve partner issues quickly and effectively while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Influence adoption of new products, features, and marketing solutions.

Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions.

Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, and Product.

Maintain accurate records and account activity within Salesforce and other CRM systems.

Analyse account data and provide actionable insights to support business growth.

Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Operations, or a customer-facing role.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections and influence decisions.

Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-moving environment.

Experience using data and KPIs to manage performance and identify opportunities.

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication skills and professional English proficiency.
Desirable Experience

Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.

Strong Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL skills.

Experience analysing business performance and producing actionable insights.

Ability to identify process improvements and solve operational challenges.
