Key Responsibilities:- - Lead the engineering contribution for subsea production control system tenders. - Review client specifications and prepare technical proposals, risk registers, and engineering documentation. - Support commercial teams by developing competitive and technically compliant solutions. - Develop and maintain system architecture, requirements, and functional design specifications. - Manage system integration, verification & validation (V&V), testing, and acceptance activities. - Ensure technical compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. - Perform technical risk assessments, change control, and impact analysis. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and interface directly with customers. Required Experience:- - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, or a related discipline. - Significant experience in Subsea Production Control Systems. - Strong background in Systems Engineering, including requirements management and system architecture. - Experience with Tendering/Proposal Engineering and Project Execution. - Knowledge of System Integration, Verification & Validation (V&V), FAT/SIT, and configuration management. - Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel internationally when required.
