Salesforce Administrator Derbyshire (Hybrid) Permanent £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

Salesforce Administrator needed for a permanent career opportunity based in Derbyshire (Hybrid). Start ASAP during Summer 2026.

Hybrid Working - 2 days/week remote (WFH) + 3 days/week working on-site from the office based north of Derby .

A chance to work with a specialist IT Consultancy business.

• Salesforce Administrator to provide day-to-day operational support Salesforce users and managed service clients.

• Providing technical support to Salesforce customers and their specific Salesforce implementations to agreed SLAs.

• Responsible for a range of Salesforce support requests including: bug fixes, queries, changes + basic development requests.

• In-depth experience of various Salesforce products including: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud + Omniscript configuration.

• Strong Salesforce core configuration skills including: objects, flows, fields + permissions.

• Owning the end-to-end Salesforce operational support cycle including: analysis, investigation, trouble-shooting, problem-solving, implementation + reporting.

• Working directly with existing customers across various channels including: phone, email, messaging + Salesforce Experience Cloud.

• Advantageous: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Apex Coding, LWCs + IT Consultancies.
