We are hiring three Business Development Managers across the South West. The role is all about driving sales growth and building strong client relationships within the FMCG industry. You'll identify opportunities, develop strategies, and work closely with clients to meet their needs and achieve business targets. Client Details One of the UK's largest food service distribution businesses, supplying food, drink, and catering solutions to customers across multiple sectors through a nationwide logistics network and customer-focused service model. Description - Identify, target and convert new free-trade customers. - Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline of qualified opportunities. - Stretching new business targets set annually. - Manage structured on boarding to ensure long-term customer retention. - Work in close partnership with our Sales Centres to embed and grow new accounts. - Own and execute a territory growth plan using insight and data. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to bring their finance function in-house and are recruiting a hands-on Finance Manager / Financial Controller to play a key role in the next phase of the business. Working closely with the Directors, you will take ownership of the finance function, overseeing everything from day-to-day financial operations through to management reporting, cash flow and commercial analysis.
