What we're looking for: - Previous experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor or experienced HR Generalist . - Ideally, experience working within a manufacturing, engineering or similar commercial environment . - Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice . - CIPD Level 3 or above would be advantageous, although equivalent practical experience will be considered. - Strong employee relations experience with the confidence to independently manage disciplinary, grievance and performance cases. - Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding . - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credible relationships with managers and employees at all levels. - Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload. - Previous experience with PeopleHR or another HRIS would be beneficial. - A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to take ownership and make decisions.     The Role: Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a well established business based in the New Forest, for an experienced Finance Manager to join its central finance function. Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a broad and varied role. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day financial operations, support reporting and controls, manage and develop a small finance team, and work closely with operational stakeholders to provide financial insight and support decision-making. This opportunity would suit a proactive and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment with varied responsibilities.
