Requirements - Previous experience as an HR Manager , HR Business Partner , Senior HR Advisor or similar standalone/site-based HR role. - Significant experience managing employee relations, organisational change, consultations, restructures and redeployment programmes. - Previous experience within a manufacturing, engineering, industrial or production environment. - Experience working within a unionised environment and building positive relationships with Trade Union representatives. - Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. - Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to influence and build credibility with managers, employees and senior leaders. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - CIPD qualification (or equivalent) would be advantageous.
