This role is in-person located in Hartford, WI. Personal Lines Account Manager Summary: The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for handling accounts from the first point of contact, by collecting information through binding, and servicing the accounts. Must have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, have the ability to multi-task, and have strong problem-solving skills. It is important to provide professional and courteous service to our clients, carrier representatives, Underwriters, and colleagues, that meets or exceeds expectations. Major Responsibilities: - Communicate and identify opportunities to promote and enhance coverage based on the client's needs. - Handle customer service and items relating to coverages, claims, certificates and accounting/billing. Provide billing support to customers. - Understand complex exposures including specialty product lines. - Organize and prioritize workflows for assigned book(s) of business. - Distribute quotes to prospective customers and current customers with follow up to answer questions. - Prepare applications, proposals and marketing items for existing and new business. - Bind all personal lines business including sending all documents and completing e-signatures. - Maintain accuracy in agency management system, quoting system, and carrier systems. Input data into appropriate software for vendors/carriers/clients within required timeframe. - Assist clients with making coverage changes and complete all service requests for clients. - Ensure that client issues are efficiently handled with resolution. Establish and preserve a solid business rapport with clients. - Additional office projects, as needed. Requirements: - Experience handling Personal Lines Insurance, minimum 3-5 years (Required) - understanding state insurance laws, licensing requirements, and ethical standards governing insurance transactions. - Must be willing to learn the insurance industry technology management systems. - Ability to operate various computer programs (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, etc.). - Previous experience managing own book of business. - Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for Personal Lines Account Managers to interact with clients, producers, and company personnel. - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks independently. - Current Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required). - Applied Epic experience (Preferred). The Product Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating new products, enhancements to existing products, and technical solutions that support both current customer needs and long-term business objectives. This role develops product roadmaps, establishes priorities, and sets realistic timelines by balancing customer requirements, business priorities, budgets, staffing, and available resources. The Product Manager also develops sales forecasts, recommends pricing strategies, and works cross-functionally to ensure products remain competitive while driving revenue growth and margin improvement. This role will sit onsite at Global Finishing Solutions headquarters in Osseo, WI. What Success Looks Like - Partner with customers to identify opportunities for product improvements and translate business needs into technical requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to develop new products, product enhancements, and technical solutions that meet customer and business needs. - Develop and communicate quality plans for new and existing products and support implementation across the organization. - Provide technical guidance and product training to Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure they can effectively support customers. - Participate in product training sessions, customer presentations, tradeshows, and industry events to promote products and share technical expertise. - Develop and maintain product documentation, user guides, technical specifications, product metrics, and sales and marketing materials. - Coordinate with Engineering, Design, and Testing teams to define product requirements and ensure successful product development. - Communicate product updates, enhancements, and roadmap priorities to internal stakeholders and key customers. - Support the product lifecycle by monitoring product performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. - Assist with escalated customer issues by providing technical expertise and product support when needed. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and industry partners. - Influence cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives and achieve business objectives. Qualifications That Shine - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience managing new product development, product enhancements, or technical solutions. - Experience developing sales forecasts and pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and improve margins. - Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other business teams. - Proven ability to develop product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and deliver products on time while balancing budgets, customer requirements, and available resources. - Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple products and initiatives simultaneously. - Understanding of product lifecycle management, market trends, competitive positioning, and customer expectations. - Project management training or certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is a plus. - Commitment to continuous professional development in product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, project management, or cross-functional leadership. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
