Technical Product Manager - Digital Platforms & Integration Location: Epsom, Surrey (Hybrid - 2 days office / 3 days remote) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Industry: Financial Services / Mobility Solutions The Opportunity Are you a forward-thinking tech product leader looking to modernize how a business delivers digital solutions? We are seeking an agile-focused Technical Product Manager to sit at the heart of our ongoing digital evolution. This is an impactful role designed for someone who thrives on driving change. You will take ownership of our core platform ecosystem and integration layer, balancing strategic project delivery with ongoing business-as-usual enhancements. Rather than writing code directly, you will act as the strategic bridge-directing architecture experts and external tech vendors to bring modern application and API roadmaps to life. What You'll Be Doing - Product Ownership & Strategy: Act as the main product lead across a suite of roughly 20 key applications, including flagship customer-facing mobile platforms and integration channels. - Vendor & Partner Orchestration: Since software build is fully outsourced, you will partner closely with external software vendors and internal Solution Architects to convert commercial requirements into high-performing technical solutions. - Agile Execution: Champion robust Agile practices to successfully manage competing demands, balancing complex roadmap projects against continuous operational BAU needs. - Cross-Business Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional leadership-including Marketing, Operations, and Regional IT-to align technical application features with broader organizational targets. - Future Leadership: As our digital maturity expands, this position offers clear room for growth, with potential opportunities to expand team structures through direct line management or matrix leadership. Who We Are Looking For - Agile Experience: Proven expertise managing product backlogs and platform lifecycles within established Agile frameworks. - Vendor Management: Demonstrated success directing external software vendors and solution architecture partners to deliver high-quality platforms. - Adaptable background: We welcome talent from a range of environments-whether you have enterprise experience, come from a software vendor background wanting to move in-house, or are emerging talent from a high-growth FinTech or tech vendor. - Dual-Focus Mindset: Comfortable balancing the fast-paced demands of live production systems alongside long-term strategic projects. - Strong Communicator: Skilled at translating business requirements into clear technical specifications, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Tech Governance Knowledge: Familiarity with modern API concepts, cloud-hosted platform services, and standard enterprise security/compliance frameworks. What's on Offer - Flexible Working: True hybrid balance with 2 days onsite in modern Epsom offices and 3 days remote. - Top-Tier Vehicle Schemes: Access to exceptional vehicle lease programs for you and your family. - Industry-Leading Pension: Exceptional employer contribution rates (up to 15% match). - Comprehensive Healthcare: Private medical coverage for you and your dependents, plus digital GP access and wellness allowances. - Work-Life Balance: 25 days annual leave (plus purchase options), monthly personal wellbeing time, and dedicated volunteering days. - Growth & Perks: Dedicated annual personal development budget, subsidised onsite dining, gym access, and regular team socials.
