    Senior IFA Administrator Career Progression Join a growing Financial Planning practice where you ll play a key role in managing client relationships and have genuine opportunities to progress. Our client is a well-established and expanding Financial Planning firm looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join its close-knit team. Supporting experience Financial Adviser's, you will also work closely with the Managing Director, taking ownership of the full client administration process. The Role You ll take responsibility for a varied portfolio of client administration, including: - Managing new business, onboarding, annual reviews and ongoing client servicing. - Processing investments, withdrawals, fund switches and platform instructions. - Managing Letters of Authority and provider transfers from start to finish. - Maintaining accurate client records using Plannr CRM. - Preparing review documentation and coordinating client meetings. - Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providers and platforms. - Supporting model portfolio rebalancing following reviews, investments and withdrawals. - Providing wider administrative support across the business. - Over time, supporting annual review reports, straightforward client recommendations and maintaining financial plans using Voyant. What We re Looking For You ll ideally have: - Over 2 years experience within an IFA or Financial Planning firm . - A solid understanding of the financial advice process, including pensions, ISAs, investment bonds and investment platforms. - Experience with AJ Bell, Aviva or Transact would be beneficial. - Voyant experience would be an advantage. - Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. - A proactive, professional and personable approach.
