Oracle Cloud Engineer

Cloud Engineer l Oracle Cloud l OCI l DV Clearance l Public Sector l Outside IR35 l £500-£525 PD l 6 Months l Remote

We're supporting a major public sector transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to support the delivery of a large-scale Oracle-based transformation across HR, Payroll and wider corporate services.

This role requires an active DV Clearance

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and support cloud infrastructure solutions.

• Deploy and maintain Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments.

• Support cloud migration and transformation activities.

• Monitor performance, availability and security across cloud platforms.

• Work closely with architects, integration teams and functional consultants.

• Ensure cloud solutions align with security and governance requirements.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer within large-scale enterprise programmes.

• Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

• Knowledge of cloud networking, security and infrastructure services.

• Experience supporting cloud migrations and deployments.

• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform preferred).

• Experience working within complex or highly regulated environments.

Contract

• Outside IR35

• £500-£525 per day

• 6 months with high extension opportunity

• Remote with ad-hoc trips to Milton Keynes when needed This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile transformation programme with a long-term roadmap and significant future extension potential.
