About You: - Previous experience working as an Income Officer within social housing . - Experience managing the full income management process . - Experience preparing and progressing cases through court and possession proceedings . - Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. - The ability to manage a busy patch independently and achieve targets. - A full UK driving licence and access to transport is desirable due to patch-based working.
