We're particularly interested in people who are: - Highly detail-oriented, with a real eye for accuracy. - Commercially aware and interested in what makes an online product perform. - Confident working with PIM systems and product data. - Comfortable using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, XLOOKUP or similar. - Experienced with project/workflow management platforms such as ClickUp, Trello, Monday or Asana. - Familiar with CMS and DAM platforms. - Comfortable working with product documentation and regulatory requirements, including energy labelling. - Able to carry out basic HTML/CMS editing. - Familiar with analytics or testing tools. - Naturally curious about technology and interested in how AI and emerging data sources can improve the way eCommerce merchandising is done. What you’ll bring with you - NMC/HCPC registration - Surgical scrub experience within orthopaedics including but not limited to hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty and anterior cruciate ligaments - Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) would be desirable, but not essential - Spinal scrub experience would be desirable - Anaesthetic experience would be desirable but not essential - Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently - Flexible and positive attitude - A warm, considerate and empathetic character Why join us?
