Internal IT Governance Manager

Fascinating opportunity for the right IT professional. No ordinary IT Manager or Internal IT Manager role as hybrid by nature, thus as much an IT Governance Manager too.

The company has gone through a period of significant growth, both organic and through a series of M&A so as of today the company has just over 150 full time members of staff.

The company has won multiple awards for customer service and delivering the highest, exacting standards to their client base and now they need an Internal IT / Infrastructure / Governance Manager, to really delve into their own systems and policies and security.

We need

Microsoft 365 administration Entra ID Intune ISO 27001 Cyber Essentials Plus Governance Vendor management Licensing Security Documentation Audit readiness Automation AI governance Roadmaps On-call responsibilities

This role will be one day a week in Derby OR Manchester. Either is fine. The rest is WFH. 80% WFH is your likely reality I have been advised.

I think this specific opportunity would suit Strong Infrastructure Managers wanting their first ownership role or Senior Microsoft 365 Administrators ready to step up Or IT Managers with strong Governance and progressive security and policy skills, working for companies around 50 to 250 users.

Certainly you are coming form a purist, highly technical background and still hands on to administrator level with Microsoft 365 and Intune for example.

This is a NON Leadership role. It is a significant role, being hybrid, so you will focus purely on yourself and adding value to the business whether it is AI readiness, Cyber Security / Security policies, ISO 27001 or vendor management and progressing automation.
