Description

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations and processes.

• Manage 3 members of staff

• Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts for internal use.

• Produce monthly Management Accounts to a tight deadline

• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

• Manage budgets effectively and provide insightful variance analysis.

• Support the team by reviewing and improving financial procedures.

• Assist in decision-making by providing reliable financial advice.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.

• Oversee payroll and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

Profile

A successful Interim Finance Manager should have:

• Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance.

• ideally experience in financial management within the not-for-profit sector, however other sectors will be considered

• Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Good communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.

Job Offer

• Perm Salary equivalent of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

• 2 days working from home per week.

• Temporary to perm role
