We're looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer with strong troubleshooting skills to investigate and resolve hardware, software and infrastructure issues across a mixed Windows, networking and peripheral environment.
A key part of this role is the ability to triage complex technical issues, establish test labs and facilitate technical workshops to identify root causes and drive effective resolutions.
Key responsibilities:

Triage and investigate hardware, software and infrastructure issues across Windows PCs, networking equipment and peripheral devices.

Set up and manage test labs to reproduce faults, validate fixes and support technical investigations.

Lead technical workshops with internal teams and third-party suppliers to diagnose and resolve complex issues.

Rebuild, reimage and configure Windows PCs and appliance-style devices.

Diagnose issues involving USB devices, printers, serial connections, Routers and network connectivity.

Perform basic electrical and connectivity checks, including power, cabling and continuity testing.

Produce clear technical documentation, troubleshooting guides and standard operating procedures.

Work closely with software engineers, support teams and external partners to identify root causes and implement repeatable solutions.
