Ted Experience is looking for confident, customer-focused individuals to join our high-performing sales team as an In-Store Sales Executive . Working on behalf of Philip Morris International, you will promote IQOS, an innovative smoke-free alternative designed for adult smokers looking to make a positive change.

This is more than a sales role. You'll be helping customers discover a better alternative while earning excellent commission and developing valuable sales and customer engagement skills.

What We Offer

• 15.33 per hour

• Uncapped commission with top performers regularly earning 3,500+ per month

• Paid travel expenses, including public transport costs

• 0.55 per mile mileage allowance

• Engage with customers in-store and demonstrate IQOS products

• Educate adult smokers on smoke-free alternatives

• Achieve daily sales and performance targets

• Build positive relationships with retail store staff

• Accurately record customer interactions and sales activity

• Manage stock and promotional materials

• Transport, set up and dismantle promotional stands and equipment About You

• Aged 21 or over

• At least 2 years' sales experience in a target-driven environment

• Confident, engaging and professional

• Self-motivated and results-focused

• Willing to travel within approximately one hour of your home location

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (not required for London roles)
