Graphic Designer & Videographer

Salary: 29,000 - 34,000

Hybrid: London - 4 days a week in the office

A boutique social agency are looking for a creative, adaptabl e Graphic Designer & Videographe r to join their close-knit team, someone who can turn ideas into polished visual output across both print and digital, and bring a strong instinct for what performs well on social media.

What you'll be doin g:

• Producing digital and print assets, from social graphics and infographics to branded materials for events and advertising

• Shooting and editing video content across a range of formats and platforms, including short-form content for Reels, TikTok and Stories

• Helping shape and evolve brand identities and visual guidelines for the agency and its clients

• Building visually strong pitch decks and presentations

• Supporting website content and design, with an eye on SEO and usability

• Shooting, editing and retouching photography

• Exploring AI-assisted image and video tools as part of the creative process

• Working closely with account teams and clients to bring creative briefs to life What they're looking f or:

• A degree in graphic design, photography, or a related creative discipline

• A strong portfolio spanning design, photography, video and social content

• Confident with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Figma, plus video editing tools such as CapCut

• Comfortable with website platforms and basic plugin/content management

• Solid understanding of photography equipment, lighting and post-production

• A collaborative, deadline-driven mindset and excellent communication skills

• Experience working across varied industries and client types
