Graduate Business Adviser - 9M FTC

Are you a commercially minded people person who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing decision-makers and managing your own territory?

We're looking for a proactive and motivated Business Adviser for a 9 Month FTC to join a leading global consumer goods organisation. In this field-based role, you'll partner with independent retailers, supermarkets, petrol stations and regional accounts, helping them unlock commercial opportunities and drive product performance across their stores.

What you'll be doing

• Managing your own geographical territory

• Building strong, long-lasting relationships with shop owners and key decision-makers

• Advising retailers on product availability, merchandising and category performance

• Negotiating trading agreements and identifying commercial opportunities

• Delivering against agreed sales and distribution targets

• Analysing store and market data to identify growth opportunities

• Educating retailers and store teams on products, promotions and best practices

• Planning and executing activities to maximise business performance across your territory What we're looking for

• Previous experience in field sales, account management, business development or retail management

• Excellent relationship-building, communication and influencing skills

• Strong commercial awareness with confident negotiation ability

• Self-motivated, organised and able to manage your own territory effectively

• Comfortable using data and insights to identify opportunities and drive performance
