We are working with a Chartered firm who is looking to appoint a qualified Financial Adviser to cover Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas.

This is an employed role within a well-established, growing organisation that focuses on building, developing and maintaining excellent client relationships.

The role:

• Manage existing client relationships and build new business

• Benefit from a consistent flow of high-quality leads through established introducers and an internal lead and referral network, allowing you to focus on delivering advice rather than self-generating business

• Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments and protection

• Promote the value of ongoing advice and long-term financial planning

• Maintain high professional and regulatory standards, including Consumer Duty obligations

• Initially focus on converting leads provided; after an initial period, you will be allocated an existing client bank to manage About you:

• Chartered status or progressing towards

• Strong track record of building and maintaining lasting client relationships and creating comprehensive financial plans

• Broad knowledge across pensions, investments and protection
