Pay Schedule

Expected First-Year Earnings: $50,000 - $75,000+

Schedule:

Monday - Friday Full-Time

Location:

In-person role in the Kansas City, MO area

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and current clients through scheduled appointments

• Educate clients on available products and services

• Provide recommendations based on individual needs

• Maintain relationships with clients and provide follow-up support

• Track client interactions and activity using company CRM software

• Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development sessions

• Collaborate with leadership to meet individual and team goals

Qualifications

We provide training, but successful candidates typically have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional attitude and reliable work ethic

• Coachable mindset and willingness to learn

• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver's license

Helpful but not required:

• Customer service experience

• Retail, hospitality, or sales background
