Job Overview: We are currently recruiting for an Electrician to join our client's maintenance team on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician with a strong background in domestic electrical maintenance and repairs who is looking to work with a respected and growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical repairs, fault finding, and circuit diagnostics within social housing properties.

• Complete full and partial rewires to occupied and void properties.

• Ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations and company standards.

• Accurately complete job records and documentation following each visit.

• Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes and maintain a professional approach at all times.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification and a valid ECS Gold Card.

• Previous experience within social housing or domestic property maintenance is desirable.

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.

• Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.

• Own electrical tools.

• Must be able to provide recent work references before submission.
