    Job Description

    De-installations Assistant - Telecoms

    Location: Chepstow (UK-wide travel required) Salary: up to 29,000 + overtime + allowances Job Type: Full-time Permanent

    We are working with a well-established organisation in the telecoms sector who are looking to recruit a De-installations Assistant to join their field-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and travelling to different project sites.

    The Role

    Supporting telecoms projects across various customer sites, you will be involved in:

    • Assisting with the decommissioning and removal of telecoms equipment

    • Dismantling infrastructure and recovering cabling

    • Loading and unloading equipment safely

    • Supporting site logistics including deliveries and collections

    • Assisting with asset tracking, stock control, and equipment labelling

    • Preparing materials for reuse, storage, or recycling This is a field-based role involving regular travel, with overnight stays during the working week.

    About You

    • Hands-on and practical approach to work

    • Reliable and able to work effectively within a team

    • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks

    • Flexible and willing to travel and stay away when required

    • Basic IT skills for recording and tracking assets

    • Full UK driving licence (essential)
